The mark is a sound. The mark consists of a sound mark comprising a music sequence in the key of E major in 4/4 time, playing the notes in the transcription shown in the drawing filed herewith. The first portion of the sequence begins with an open chord of E and B. The sequence resolves with a melodic run that starts with the note of E. The top melodic line then prominently plays B, G# to an upper F#. Underneath that top melody is a contrapuntal melodic sequence comprising the note pairs of B+E, G#+B, to F#+B. The last resultant chord is also underpinned by a lower E note. The top melodic line increases in volume as it is played. The whole sound is sustained beyond the final chord by means of reverberation and echo (if played digitally) or by holding and fading the last chord over 2 beats (if played acoustically).
