The mark consists of a boundary of two thin concentric circles; The outer circle is orange and the inner circle is blue, with the words "America's Best Restaurants" bordering the interior of the blue circle; The word "America's" is on an orange background with a white star located on each end; The word "America's" is white and the words "Best Restaurants" are orange; A thin blue circle bounds the inside of the words "America's Best Restaurants"; An orange and blue laurel wreath bounds the interior of the blue circle with three blue stars located at the top of the laurel wreath; An orange crown is located under the three blue stars and a blue kitchen knife and fork are crossed to form an X-shape below the crown. The color white is not claimed as a part of the mark, except for the word "America's" and a star at each end of the word.
