The mark consists of a design comprising a red horizontal single-line rectangle, upon which are superimposed three successively higher red bars in the shape of solid parallelograms extending upward diagonally from lower left to upper right; the bottoms of the bars touch the bottom line of the rectangle, and the tops of the bars are parallel to the bottoms of the bars; the left bar runs diagonally from the bottom line of the rectangle to the top line of the rectangle; the middle bar runs diagonally from the bottom line of the rectangle and extends across the top line of the rectangle; and the right bar runs diagonally from the bottom line of the rectangle and extends across the top line of the rectangle and beyond the top of the middle bar; and to the right of the design are the words RUSSELL in boldface black capital and lower case letters and CELLULAR in regular black capital and lower case letters.
