The mark consists of various disconnected shapes which make up the upper part of a person's back, arms, shoulders, neck and head with the words Wes Bailey, MD, CAQSM underneath. The arms and hands are held out to the side with the thumbs on top. The hands consist of six black shapes which make up the palm, fingers and thumbs. The arms and shoulders are also made up of various shapes and shades of green with the forearms in dark green, the upper arms in light green and turquoise and green making up the shoulders. Six other disconnected shapes make up the shoulder blades in navy blue, the neck is royal blue and blue for the side of the neck. The back of the bald head is light blue and the back of the ears are visible.
