As seen in the 4 options in the drawings, it is a towel or napkin of various sizes to adapt to the bottle size, with either a hole in the center, two holes in each corner or four holes on each corner for the purpose of serving for example a cold beverage such as wine, champagne or water that was being chilled in a bucket containing ice/water or both. The hole goes through the bottle neck so that the towel envelopes the bottle thus avoiding dripping and can also cover the bucket since the towel/napkin is attached thru the bottle neck. May also be used for all sorts of bottles not necessarily served chilled. In particular the model with the hole in the center can be like a cape for the bottle. The design with the hole in the center can also be used to cover flower vases.
