The mark consists of a stylized design on the left and wording on the right separated by a vertical line; wherein the stylized design on the left consists of three side by side vertically oriented consecutive rectangles increasing in size from left to right with a portion of each rectangle missing forming an exhaust like shape emerging from a stylized corner marker shape above the right most vertically oriented rectangle; and wherein the wording to the right of the stylized design comprises of four lines with the first line stating "FINANCIAL", the second line stating "EVIDENCE", the third line stating "GROUP", and the fourth line in smaller font stating "A CPA FIRM".
