The mark consists of The mark consists of a circular form wherein at the top of the arched circle is the word in all capital letters "NEGOTIATOR" curving downwards; within this arched circle is artwork which illustrates a woman in the far left sitting at a desk appearing to be typing; centered is another figure of a woman with one leg up appearing to be adjusting her high heel; this woman in the center is also standing on a cobblestone street in front of two large open doors; finally within this circle there is an image of a third woman on the right who is bending over by a car window.
