The mark consists of an upper and a lower section with the lower section divided into two sections. The upper section consists of the word DORFMAN in all caps. The lower section consists of a rectangular shape with a dark background separated by a vertical line of dots into two unequal sections. On the shorter left side of the dots is a stylized character similar to the letter H with curved edges on both sides and directly in between a stylized character similar to a backwards facing letter C on the left and a stylized character similar to a frontward facing letter C on the right. On the longer right side of the dots is the wording HAT Co with the letter o lifted and stylized to include a short line directly underneath.
