The mark consists of a circle open at the sides. Around the bottom of the circle are the words OFFICIAL DIVISION in bold black stylized capital letters. In between them, is the word GROOVY in pink, yellow and blue vertical stylized capital letters. Around the top half of the circle are the words WE PUT GROOVY IN EVERY STYLE in bold, black, stylized capital letters. The bottom half of the circle is green with green bars and curlicues sticking out of it. The top half of the circle is green and is broken by a black wavy line. In the open space in the middle of the circle are the letters OGD in very large stylized capital letters. The O is pink, yellow and blue. The G is pink, yellow and blue with pink, blue, yellow and green stars, pink and blue butterflies, a pink and blue dragonfly, and pink circles and semi-circles inside it. The D is pink, yellow, green, blue and orange.
