CERTIFICATION STATEMENT: The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the services are provided by an individual who has demonstrated acceptable mastery of certain skills related to ECMO monitoring, including safety, record keeping, circuit and interface troubleshooting, and patient management. 2. LEGITIMATE CONTROL STATEMENT: The owner is exercising legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce. 3. "NOT ENGAGED IN PRODUCTION" STATEMENT: The mark owner is not engaged in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied, except to advertise or promote recognition of the certification program or of the goods and services that meet the certification standards of the mark owner. 4. CERTIFICATION STANDARDS: We will provide upon filing the Statement of Use.
