The mark consists of a borderless circle, within and at the top of which is a dark green tree with three dark green leaves against a white, empty space background. The trunk of the tree is sitting on top of six strips of green meant to represent grass, with the color green growing increasingly darker towards the bottom of the circle, where there is a patch of brown with six white, egg-shaped markings and one white, "S" shaped lien meant to represent soil. Below the borderless circle is the word "VOGEL" in all-capital, medium-green block letters, the same color as the middle strips of grass described above. The bottom of the mark consists of the wording "CROP SERVICES, LLC" in all-capital, brown letters, the same color as the soil described above.
