The mark consists of a variegated closed circle with the colors red, orange, pink and violet. The word HELADO is placed horizontally in the middle of the circle. The H is comprised of two black vertical lines with a light blue dot between them, the E is comprised of three black horizontal lines with the two outer lines being the same length, the middle line is shorter with its right end flush to the ends of the outer two lines and there is a brown dot to the left of the middle line. The L consists of a black horizontal line and a black vertical line joined at the bottom with the vertical line extending to the right. To the right of the vertical line of the L, there is a pink dot. To the right of the pink dot, there is a purple dot. Above the purple dot, there is a vertical black line which meets a second down turning vertical black line at its tip. The D consists of a black vertical line that does not join with the bottom left corner of a black u-shaped line. The letter O is meant to represent a Taiyaki which is a Japanese fish-shaped cake similar to those depicted in the Specimen submitted to support the use of the Mark. On the black letter O there is a purple dot and a pink dot that touch and are placed on the upper left of the O representing the eyes of the fish. To the right of the pink dot on the O, there is a small brown curved mark that represents the fin of the fish and on the lower right of the O is a small brown v-shape that represents the tail of the fish. The inner part of the O is shaded three-quarters in light blue and one quarter in turquoise. The word TAIYAKI is placed under the word HELADO with a brown horizontal line to the left of the T and to the right of the final I. The color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
