The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a rack for UTVs (utility terrain vehicles), featuring a pair of horizontally spaced bracket-faceplates on a side of the UTV rack; the pair of bracket-faceplates positioned over an exterior side wall of the rectangular UTV rack; and each bracket-faceplate being identical in shape and size, and having a general D-shape. The broken lines depicting the four upright posts, the bottom portions of the brackets attaching each bracket-faceplate to the side wall, and the remaining portions of the rack are intended to indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
