The mark consists of a centered checkmark over the words "VENTRIGHT LLC.". The checkmark resembles the letter 'V" but with two unequal sides. The left side is black in color both inside and on the outer line. The right side of the checkmark consists of two thinner lines with a space in between. The two lines run parallel to each other and have the same thickness. The sum of the two lines (with are outline being outlined in black and green on the inside) plus the space in between add up to the same thickness as the black left side of the checkmark. The two green lines end in points which curve outward on the upper right side of the design, and the base of said lines wraps diagonally accross the base of the black left side, completing the look of a checkmark or asymetrical "V". Underneath, the words "VENTRIGHT" in caps are shown in the same green as the design above it and it is followed by the letters and final punctuation "LLC.", all in black and also in caps.
