Description of Mark
The mark consists of of product packaging trade dress as applied to a glass liquor bottle. The top upper portion of the bottle features a label with a floral plant design and two bands at the bottom. The middle of the bottle features a stork in flight upon a circle that is embossed on the glass bottle itself. The lower portion of the bottle features another label with the words "BOCIAN" and "VODKA" in all block lettering. The term "VODKA" appears in block font directly underneath the term "BOCIAN". Another band appears with a floral plant design and a stork in flight upon a circle. The circle with the stork has the words "MADE IN POLAND" on the upper half and the wording "BIALY BOCIAN" below. To the left and right of the stork circle appear two more circles with the circle on the left containing three stars over three barrels and the circle on the right containing images of wheat. The overall shape of the bottle and bottle cap appear in broken lines and are not intended to form any portion of the claimed mark and are included to merely show placement of the overall elements of the trade dress as applied to the glass liquor bottle.
