The mark consists of a a gray circle inside a black circle. In between the two circles is written "PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE" at the top and "AUTHORIZED / TRAINING PARTNER" at the bottom. In the center of the inner, gray circle is a design containing four quadrants, where the black letter "P" appears in the upper left quadrant, two orange semicircles meeting at their respective rounded edges appear in the upper right quadrant, a shaded blue square with two halves of a circle carved out on both the left and right sides of the square appear in the bottom left quadrant, and diagonal purple stripes appear in the bottom right quadrant. The color white represents background only and is not a feature of the mark.
