The mark consists of a larger outer and concentric inner circle that has a break in both circles at the 3'oclock circle position is the image of two cookies stacked on top of each other with the top cookie with large bite and speckles and  in the 9'oclock position on the circle is an image of a spice scoop loaded with coffee beans. The upper part of the circle reads: AUNT NEEKIES in all capital letters curved downward followed by an exclamation mark and walled within the outer and inner circles of the lower half of the double circles contain the curvilinear words: GINGER & SPICE, LLC in all capital letters and with the ampersand grammatical mark after GINGER instead of the word "and"  then after the word SPICE is a comma. Just above lower inner circle line is the image outline of a bowl of powdered ginger and the image of 2 ginger root stacked at its base.
