The mark consists of A large white oval consisting of 8 bands of oval rings of colors. The oval rings are transparent in all colors on the longitude sides. Beginning with outside ring the colors are as follows: light purple, dark red, olive green, violet,orange,yellow, dark blue & light blue. The color bands located at northern and southern hemispheres blend together which colors are transparent are light purple, dark red, dark blue and light blue. . Located at the top center of the oval band of colors is a small white oval outlined in dark red which the oval bands of colors meet the dark red outline of the little white oval. A dark red cross is in the small oval connecting points at the south, north, east and west. In the center of the dark red cross is a small yellow diamond outlined in dark red. In the center of the big oval are the letters Monarch in dark red with a dark blue outline.
