The mark consists of a round emblem with a red border, inside the circle is another black trimmed circle with the wording "B.U.M.M BROTHERS B.U.M.M" in white "U" in red, "B.U.M.M UNITED B.U.M.M" in white "M" in red, B.U.M.M MAKING B.U.M.M" in white, "M" in red, "B.U.M.M MONEY B.U.M.M" in white, and "B" in red. There is another thin red circle, within that is a black thin circle, within that is a white thin circle, within that are 24 white stars, divided with a white column after every third star, the white columns are connected to another white circle. There is a black thin circle, within that is a white thin circle. In the very center is a red circle with a white clock in the center displaying Roman numerals. The black clock hands show 6 o'clock. Surrounding the outside of the clock, on both sides, are white laurel wreath. Below the clock is the working "B.U.M.M. Family" in white. Above the clock is a gold, open topped crown.
