The mark consists of three elements. Four letters, "C-A-L-I," appear written in rightward leaning green cursive letters to form the abbreviation for California or "Cali". The first letter or "C" appears capitalized whereas the other letters that follow in that word are lower case. Each of the green letters forming the word, "Cali," is outlined first in a fine pointed and continuous white line and then just outside of that, is a black line of variable thickness at various points as it traces each green letter outlined in white. The lower case letter "i" is marked with a palm tree's canopy or the fronds of the tree in place of the dot hovering above the "i". The canopy consists of seven branches or fronds having three on the left side and four on the right. The final element is plaque-style wording beneath the word, "Cali". The two words "smoke" followed by "shop" are all capitalized and stylized appearing superimposed against a horizontally aligned long black pill capsule-shaped plaque-style background. Beginning at the far-most top left side of that black plaque is a thin white line that then proceeds across and above the words "smoke shop" before curving down and around the final "p" in the word "shop". This thin white line continues past the letter "p" and then back across and beneath the words "smoke shop" from right to left and back up to then reconnect and completely encapsulate the wording. This provides a "dimensional" appearance to the background "plaque" such that the words "smoke shop" appear almost embossed against the black field.
