The mark consists of Navigator Financial Flight Plan with a compass rose which includes 8 arrow points with the arrow points at 12, 3, 6, and 9 being larger and more prominent. Inset within the rose and set at a 45 degree angle is a private passenger image with the nose of the jet at the upper right and the tail at the lower left. The jet has one engine externally set below each wing, a clear cockpit and a vertical stabilizer outlined against the rear of the fuselage. The word, Navigator, is created with a Science Fiction type font with each of the A in navigator represented by triangles with an opening on the horizontal leg biased to the left and 25 percent of the total length of the length of the lower leg. The G is stylized to mimic the representation of a computer On Off switch rotated 90 degrees to the left to mimic the aforementioned G. The O is stylized in a fashion which has an opening that is bilaterally symmetrical at the bottom and encompasses approximately 60 degrees of the circle making up the O. The R is stylized to leave an opening between the angled leg of the R and the vertical leg of the R and the rounded part of the R.
