Intermediary services, namely, facilitating contracts for purchase and sale of healthcare services through a curated healthcare network consisting of healthcare providers for other managed healthcare service providers, third party healthcare administrators, and self-funded employers, wherein cost of care bids are submitted by healthcare providers in the network for healthcare services to be rendered to patient members of the other managed healthcare service providers, third party healthcare administrators, or self-funded employers; consulting services in healthcare bidding and cost management offered to individuals and organizations, namely, self-funded employers, insurance companies, and health insurance payors; wherein none of the managed healthcare provider contracting services are provided by a healthcare provider or by a university, and wherein none of the managed healthcare provider networking services include a provisioning of healthcare services

Creation, development, and administration of retiree plans concerning health care; all of the foregoing services being provided by an insurance consultant and not by a healthcare provider or by a university, and all of the foregoing services excluding the provision of healthcare services
