The mark consists of the design of a roughly oval-shaped drawing of a "smiley face", and which drawing is composed of four artistically-bent-tubular-sections. The first drawing consists of a thick upturned tubular section image that is positioned at the bottom of the drawing and creates a "smiley mouth" while forming the bottom border of the oval drawing. The second tubular drawing is a straight tubular section that stands upwardly from the center empty space between the first upturned tubular design, and extends up to the very top edge of the oval shaped design, and with the second design having a small portion of its very bottom end-tip bent rightwardly, indicating nose placement. The third and fourth drawings are identical and are positioned at equal spacing to either side of the second straight tubular section drawing and each consists of the drawing of a tubular shape which is formed into a backward "6"-type-number that therein creates a teardrop shape design at each of the 6's center, indicating eyes, and with the third and fourth figures' outward edges continuing to form the outer oval border contours at its widest part.
