The mark consists of word INNOVATIVE in capital bold letters with an Earth Globe in the place of Letter "O", the Letter "A" with a little opening in the horizontal line at right side, and Letter "E" with a little opening in the horizontal line of the middle in the left side. INNOVATIVE name is underlined, and at the center of the underline between second letter "N" and letter "I", written in cursive lowercase bold letters: tool and design inc. To the right side of the word INNOVATIVE, you can see: An Earth globe, showing the American continent on the left side and Africa and Europe continents on right side, with a bold shape like capital letter "I" in the center, at the top of the letter "I" shows part of Greenland and very top part of Canada territory. And at the bottom of the letter "I" shows the farthest south part of Argentina and Chile.
