The mark consists of a stylizes dark and light honeycomb patterned sock facing right with the upper part comprised of a red rectangle, the heal composed of a red semi-circular section, the lower toe portion comprised of a red semi-circular section, a large white letter "S" appears in the center of the upper part of the stylized sock below the red rectangle with red letters "pirit" in lower case appearing to the right of the letter "S" and "Sox" appearing below the "pirit" and to the right of the stylized sock and the dark letters "USA" below the letters "Sox" and to the right of toe section of the dark stylized sock.
