The mark consists of a black background with the words "RED ROCK" in large capital letters in the center of the image. The words "RED ROCK" are filled in a medium/dark red color with a thin black outline. The thin black outline on the words "RED ROCK" is also outlined with a shadowed blue line. Directly below the words "RED ROCK", the word "Fudge" appears centered on the image with the letter "F" capitalized and in a printed font. The remaining letters of the word "Fudge" (u,d, g,e) are listed in lower case letters and in a cursive font. The word "Fudge" is filled with the color blue and outlined with a thin white line. The blue color filling the word "Fudge" has a darker blue in the center of the letters which fades to a lighter blue filling until the white outline is reached. A centered and downward facing semi-circle appears above the words "RED ROCK". The two ends of the semi-circle nearly touch the top of the letter "E" on the word "RED" and the top of the letter "C" on the word "ROCK". A centered and upward facing semi-circle also appears below the words "RED ROCK". The two ends of the semi-circle nearly touch the bottom of the letter "E" on the word "RED" and the bottom of the letter "C" on the word "ROCK". The bottom semi-circle also nearly encases the word "Fudge" entirely, with the exception of the bottom portion of the letter "F" and the tail end of the cursive "e". The long vertical portion of the letter "F" cuts through the semi-circle on the left side and the tail end of the cursive letter "e" cuts through the semi-circle on the right side. Both semi-circle shapes are filled with the color blue (dark in the middle and faded to a lighter color until the white outline is reached). However, the ends of the semi-circle shapes, where the shapes nearly touch the letters "E" and "C" on the words "RED ROCK", are filled with the color white. The semi-circle lines, along with the word "Fudge", are surrounded by a large purple haze which appears as a shadow around the lines and letters.
