The mark consists of a polygon shield design with a black outline and orange outer outline. The bottom of the shield also has a grey border inside the black outline. The top of the shield consists of three triangular peaks. Running through the middle of the shield is an olive banner with a black outline and orange outer outline where the back side of the banner that is visible is black. Inside the banner are the words "XPVENTURE" in stylized letters. The "X" is distressed white on the top and grey with a white outline on the bottom. The "P" is lowercase and grey with a white outline on the top and distressed white on the bottom. The "VENTURE" is in black capital letters with a white outline. On the top of the banner are trees in the color dark grey. Behind the trees is a mountain landscape in grey with white snow-capped tops. The bottom of this grey mountain landscape is visible in a small wedge on the lower right of the banner as well. On the bottom of the banner are dark grey and black trees against an olive background. Below it is a black ground with indigo water running through the middle. On the right of the shield, below the banner, is a white circle forming a compass with an orange and black braided border. Inside the compass is a needle and arrow in "x" formation in black with white interior. On the top quadrant is a black arrowhead, on the right quadrant is a black capital letter "V," on the bottom quadrant is a black capital letter "P," and on the left quadrant is a black capital letter "X".
