The mark consists of Black, honeycomb background with a gold border top and bottom and a white border top and bottom inside of the gold border. In between the top and bottom borders there is a circular white badge with a gold border. Across the center of the badge is the word STEELERS written in gold letters with a black background extending out the sides of the circular badge. The word STEELERS and the black background are concaved at the center. Arched around the inside upper half of the white badge is the words BY THE LAKE written in white letters on a black background. Before and after the words BY THE LAKE are three concave diamonds on each end. The three diamonds are touching each other by two points and form three quarters of a large diamond. The concave diamond on the top is gold, the diamond on the outside is blue, and the bottom diamond is red. Black evergreen tree silhouettes form an arch under the banner where, BY THE LAKE is written, with the outer trees being smaller and increasing in size towards the top of the arch. At the top of the evergreen arch is the black silhouette of the Erie, Pennsylvania Bicentennial Tower centered between the trees. A black line arches above the evergreens and behind the tower disappearing into the evergreen silhouette at each end. A body of water, represented in black and white, fills the space between the evergreen arch and the word STEELERS. The words SPORTS PODCAST arc around the inside lower half of the white badge written in white letters on a black background. A broadcaster's microphone is centered in the lower half of the white badge between the words STEELERS and SPORTS PODCAST. The microphone is black and white with highlights of gold on the left side of the mike stand and windscreen, highlights of blue on the left side of the microphone casing, and highlights of red on the left side of the microphone bracket. There are three black lightning bolts that appear to emanate from each side of the microphone windscreen. The letters ESTD written in black are arced down around just above the words SPORTS PODCAST on the left side of the microphone. The numbers 2019 written in black are arced just above the words SPORTS PODCAST on the right side of the microphone. A black line arcs down around just below the lightning bolts and just above the letters ESTD and the Numbers 2019 from the word STEELERS.
