All Days On is a full body strength training regiment where a new workout is posted online every single day of the year. All Days On uses advanced weight training to focus on three core exercises: Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Back Squat, and Barbell Deadlift. Some days focus on isolating certain muscle groups, while others can focus on entire regions of the body. Sprinkled into these workouts are auxiliary days which tend to be more core/cardio work and recovery/mobility/injury prevention days. If you miss a day, no problem just continue with whatever routine is posted the next day.
