The upper right portion of the circle is blackened and has the silhouette of two books in white. Directly under that blackened section is a white section with the silhouette of the scales of justice in black. The lower left section is blackened and contains the silhouette of a dream catcher and feather in white. The Upper corner left section of the circle is white and has the silhouette of clinched fist in black. Centered below are the words "Until Victory is Won", written in black cursive and in quotation marks.
