The mark consists of a trade dress for the overall appearance of the exterior surface of a beverage can being packaging for the goods. The dotted lines forming the shape of the beverage can are not part of the mark and are merely intended to show the position of the mark. The upper two-third portion of the mark is comprised of a plain field with a curved bottom, the letter "H" is encircled by a series of smiley faces that forms a geometric pattern and appears in the center of the field, a wide curved band separates the upper and lower portions of the mark, the lower third portion of the mark is comprised of a field with a stylized shield shape in the center, the shield has a pointed upper portion ending with a flat top ending just below the curved center band, concave sides and an inverted V for the bottom, the interior field of the shield is covered by small dots and has a circle with a dot inside on the center edge of each concave side and along the center edge of each side of the inverted V bottom, below the shield appears an inverted V band with a five pointed star appearing inside the band at the center apex and having a circle with a dot inside on the interior upper edge of each end of the band, a stylized scroll appears under the shield and inverted V band and runs up the outsides of the shield ending at the top of each concave side, on the left half of the outside of the shield appears a collection of geometric shapes, two round shapes with dots inside and a curving line which are mirrored on right side, just above the curving line on each side is a cloud oriented above another cloud and a short, curved band which extends from the wide curved band that separates the upper and lower portions of the mark.
