The mark consists of the stylized word "ANCLA" in white outlined on the bottom in medium blue on a dark blue curved banner ending in on either side in numerous medium blue lines fading to light blue as they extend out past the end of the banner. On either side of wording, superimposed over the banner, are two mirroring seated half naked mermaid figures with their faces turned to the inside of the banner. The mermaids have light blue bodies detailed and shaded in dark blue, long dark blue hair with a light blue flowers, and green tails with medium and dark blue detailing, light blue shading, and dark blue outlining. The mermaids' inside arms are raised and flexed, and their outside arms end in light blue waves shaded and outlined in dark blue.
