The mark consists of the words THE PIVOT PRINCIPLE stacked within an upside-down pentagon and centered about a vertical axis, the pentagon having a lower portion comprising a solid parallelogram centered about the vertical axis and having light shading, the remainder of the pentagon having an upper portion divided into right and left halves about the vertical axis where the right half has a dark shading and the left half has a darker shading, the word "THE" appearing at the top of the pentagon upper portion in block lettering parallel with the top edge of the pentagon with two horizontally disposed lines extending respectively from the right and left sides of the word "THE", the word "PIVOT" appearing below the word "THE" in larger block lettering centered about the vertical axis, where the top edge of the word "PIVOT" is parallel with the top edge of the pentagon, and where the bottom edges of the word "PIVOT" slope downwardly from the vertical axis parallel with the respective upper edges of the parallelogram, the word "PRINCIPLE" appearing in smaller block lettering below the word "PIVOT" in a chevron formation where the top and bottom edges of the word "PRINCIPLE" slope downwardly from the vertical axis parallel with the respective upper edges of the parallelogram, the above-described pentagon having a thick light shaded outer border, the portions of the lettering of the literal component of the mark and the horizontally disposed line appearing in the upper right portion of the pentagon having a lighter shading than the portions of the lettering of the literal component of the mark and the horizontally disposed line appearing in the upper left portion of the pentagon.
