The mark consists of the literal element of the mark, NEUCO, centered with two crescent shaped elements placed on either horizontal limit of the literal element to form an offset, unconnected, elliptical orbit. The crescent on the right side contains a series of rectangles arranged as a broken line centered in the element and connecting each of the two acute angles of the right crescent. The crescent on the left side of the mark is filled solid. Above the letter E of literal element, the rightmost superior portion of the left crescent is angled at approximately a 30 degree angle and is positioned parallel to the leftmost superior portion of the right crescent, which is angled downward at approximately a 30 degree angle. The rightmost inferior portion of the left crescent extends below and parallel to the literal element until it is justified to approximately the same vertical axis as the rightmost portion of the letter E in NEUCO. The leftmost inferior portion of the right crescent approaches the O in NEUCO and terminates below the literal element at approximately the same vertical axis as the space between the letters C and O in NEUCO. Where the left crescent would overlap the leftmost superior portion of N and the right crescent would overlap the rightmost inferior portion O, the border of the crescent curves to reveal a uniform border around the literal element.
