The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of the container of the goods, namely, a black bottle with an elongated bulb shaped middle section, top and bottom sections that flare outwards, and a dome shaped cap comprised of a combination of blue, beige, light green, yellow and red beads. An abstract agave plant within an indented oval is centered in the middle section. An indented border of circles, semi-circles and triangles go around the bottom section. An intended sinusoidal curve goes around the top of the bottom section. An indented pattern of abstract wheel designs goes around the bottom section within the upper sinusoidal curve and lower circle, semi-circle, triangle border. Each abstract wheel design has two concentric circles made up of smaller circles and having lines extending from the center circle toward the outer circle, with a single circle within the center circle. Ridges shaped like leaves appear between the wheel designs. Indented leaf designs appear at the neck of the bottle.
