The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress configuration depicting the interior of a retail store that consists of five ceiling fascias and a circular check out stand in the middle of the store. One of the fascias is a circle with a red color outline and a white color center in the middle of the store ceiling and right above the circular checkout stand. The other four fascias surround the circle fascia leaving a separation. Three of the surrounding fascias are white color rectangles with a semicircle cut-out edge that looks to the circle fascia. The fourth fascia is a "V" shape with a red color outline, a white color center and a round corner, that together with the circle fascia form an exclamation mark. The "V" shape fascia runs from the entrance of the store and the circle fascia is located in front of the corner of the "V". All the fascias have recessed lightings on their surface. The round checkout stand is white color with a gray color countertop, a gray color stripe on the bottom and the "me salvé!" logo design on the white color area, which consists of stylized red color letters and a red color outlined exclamation mark. The fixtures that appear in dotted or broken lines in the drawing serve only to show the position of the trade dress in the retail store and are not claimed as individual features of the mark.
