The mark consists of a circle outlined in black with "JOHNOVATION" in black letters inside a brown rectangle outlined in black near the bottom of the circle. Adjacent to and above the rectangle is a brown horizontal line and 13 vertical brown lines representing rows in a garden. There is green grass between the brown rows. Green plants outlined in black are in the 4th, 7th and 10th row from left to right. Behind the plants and in the top half of the circle is a black line above which is a blue sky with three white clouds outlined in black. Tan fills in the small section between the bottom of the rectangle and the remainder of the circle.
