The mark consists of four sets of four solid thick lines in gradient colors of red, blue, green, and turquoise extending from a circular edge inwards and with each line having a curve at the inner end. At the top of the circular edge, the first set of four lines comprise of two light red lines, the first longer than the second, and two dark red lines, the first shorter than the second. Going clockwise and identical to the light and dark red lines are two light blue lines and two dark blue lines, followed by two light green lines and two dark green lines, followed by two light turquoise lines and two dark turquoise lines. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents background.
