Business information services, namely, providing business information about the corporate world, corporate culture and the corporate sector, featuring related statistical information in the nature of rankings; business advice and commercial information for consumers; promoting public awareness of and interest in Black consumer advocacy and corporate responsibility to Black communities; promoting public interest and awareness of racially-aware and socially responsible business practices by identifying businesses with policies and practices that benefit Black employees, Black communities, Black consumers, and the economy; providing an online database of business information and socially responsible business practices; providing independent ratings of other businesses for commercial purposes, namely, rating businesses and their leadership based on their environmental, economic, and social impact for the purpose of empowering Black consumers when making purchasing decisions
