The mark consists of a colored outer circle, surrounding a white inner circle; a smaller white circle is cut out of the outer circle at about 157.5 degrees; a curved demarcation line extends from the inner circle at about 67.5 degrees to the outer circle at about 120 degrees, dipping slightly before raising again at the intersection with the outer edge; above the demarcation line, going clockwise, the outer circle is turquoise, fading into blue around the smaller white circle, then fading into bright purple from about 165 degrees to about 90 degrees, then fading into gradually dark blue until the demarcation line.
