The mark consists of a vertical yellow torch topped with a red flame with three elements visible and with the suggestion of a fourth element behind on the right side, which torch has a rim of six visible elements, below which is a single full width element, below which is a second rim of six elements, followed by a body that consists of four elements tapering inward from the top to the bottom of this central part of the torch and with a pointed triangular spade consisting of four elements at the bottom of the torch, with the upper (wide) end of the spade terminating in a slightly curved horizontal element that extends past the upper width of the spade, with a small round element in the center, above which is a design of four elements which points out with four triangles, with two to each side with the vertical bases of the triangles not visible but the apexes of the triangles pointing out to the left and right sides and terminating in a point on each side, and on the lower half of which torch is superimposed an upside down equilateral triangle in dark blue with each arm of a width comparable to the width of the torch, with the word TORCH written on the left descending leg of the triangle and the word CLUBS written on the right ascending leg of the triangle, with a light blue parachute symbol on the dark blue triangle background at the low apex of the dark blue triangle, complemented with a dot below the parachute, with the triangle's horizontal arm crossing behind the torch, and with a horizontal yellow banner covering the bottom 2/3 of the blue horizontal arm of the triangle and crossing in front of the torch, which banner has written across its center width the word INTERNATIONAL, and which banner folds back on itself on both the right and left sides of the word written thereon, with the folded element angling slightly below the main horizontal element of the banner, and which banner then folds back to the outside of the triangle on both right and left sides, terminating on both sides in two points, one at the top of each end of the yellow band and the other at the bottom of each end of the yellow band, with an incised V at the end of the banner on both sides, causing both ends of the banner to terminate in the two points above described and with all the space around the mark and between the torch and the descending legs of the triangle in white if the mark is placed on paper and otherwise in a void if the mark is crafted into a pin.
