The mark consists of a black circle outlined by three rings. The first ring is a thin outer ring in red, orange and yellow. The second ring is a thicker inner ring in red, orange and yellow. The third ring is an inner ring in white. The interior black circle contains a flying red goose, whose wing intersects the second and third rings, adjacent to the top of the circle above the word, "RED" in white letters above the word, "GOOSE" in red letters above the words, "SPICE COMPANY" in white above a stylized white chef hat placed in the center of two white horizontal lines with a small white circle placed in the middle of the lines and the letters and numbers, "EST 2002" in white placed below the chef hat, all inside of the black circle.
