To the left and right side of the wording "THE" thereof appear three five-point stars each. Attached to the right side of the shield is a French flag and French bugle design; attached to the left side of the shield is an American flag and trumpet design. The bottom of the shield is partially superimposed by a banner design that contains a inner top and bottom outlines and the wordings "ACKNOWLEDGING", "EDUCATING" and "PRESERVING" in between and a five-point star between each two wordings.
