The mark consists of a black square shape with rounded edges split into three sections with white outlines. Top section is a black square that features a bullseye with three white circles and two white dots per circle in the 12 and 6 o'clock positions on each of the outer two circles with two white molecular structures of cannabidiol in the upper right and lower left corners respectively, with the "OH" and "HO" organic groups labeled in white. In the lower right corner is a red heart superimposed with a green heartbeat or QRS complex across the center connecting to the image of a green cross on the top right side of the heart. The green cross is partially obstructed by the heart. The lower left square section features "Li", in white, the atomic symbol for lithium with a red flame dotting the "i". The bottom right section features "THIUM", in white, with "CBD", also in white, in smaller font but all capitals beneath the "M" in "THIUM".
