The mark consists of the profile of a brown fist and arm breaking out of or through a gold chain, all on a dark blue background with a gold circular border in the center of a seal design, all surrounded by two concentric circles. The first concentric circle is in light blue and contains the dark blue wording "CHANGING LIVES" around the top of the circle and the dark blue wording "ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME" around the bottom of the circle with two curved dark blue lines on the left and right of the circle separating the wording. The second, outer concentric circle is in dark blue with the stylized wording "CYCLE BREAKERS" around the top of the circle, the lower half of the wording in gold and the upper half of the wording in orange. The stylized wording "BREAKING CHAINS INC" appears along the lower half of the outer concentric circle, the lower half of the wording in orange and upper half in gold with two orange arrows on the left and right sides of the outer concentric circle separating the wording. All of the foregoing surrounded by a light blue inner border and dark blue outer border.
