The mark consists generally of five elements, centered and stacked on top of each other with little but some space between them; the elements consisting of four rounded cornered rectangles of different sizes, and a circle on the top that gives a glowing effect. The overall effect of the mark is intended to look like a human being with arms held wide-out. The circle at the top contains a light blue center that fades out into a dark gray outer rim/border, and has a light blue glowing emitting effect beginning from the outer circle rim fading into the background. Beneath the circle is the largest rectangle positioned horizontally, with a dark gray line cutting horizontally through the hollow middle, double lined in dark gray and light gray. Beneath the largest rectangle are the three smaller rectangles, each with a dark gray boarder and light gray fill - in order: the second largest rectangle positioned horizontally, the smallest rectangle positioned vertically, and finally the last rectangle positioned horizontally. The color white in the mark represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
