The mark consists of three-dimensional packaging for the goods and consists of the following elements applied to the surface and the interior of a box: the left, front, and right faces of the box are red and the left and right top edges of the box and interior sides of the box are red. The interior of the front and back sides of the box are white. The white top of the lid contains the term "cherie" in black with a red speech bubble forming the dot above the letter "i" and the wording "BEAUTY BOX" appearing below the term "cherie". Large red letters "c", "h", "e", "r", "i", and "e", form a design on the top of and wrapping over the side flaps of the lid. The underside of the white lid contains the wording "BEAUTY WITHOUT BARRIERS" in red. Below "BEAUTY WITHOUT BARRIERS" is the red wording "www.cherie.com". The interior of the box contains pink folded tissue paper wrapping held in place by a red scallop edged circular seal with the words "BEAUTY TREASURES SELECTED BY CHERIE" along the outer edge of the seal. The interior of the seal contains the term "cherie" in black with a red speech bubble forming the dot above the letter "i" above the term "beauty box" in black. The broken lines depicting the edges and shape of the box indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as part of the mark.
