The mark consists of a cone shaped torch, with two accent lines going across the body of the cone that are evenly spaced out from the bottom to the top of the torch. Toward the upper part of the torch, there are two lines that distinguish the body of the torch and the top of the torch. Between these two lines is a row of six triangular shaped diamonds that are placed with one as an upside down triangle shaped diamond followed by a right side up triangle shaped diamond and this pattern repeats itself three times with a total of six diamonds in a horizontal fashion across the upper part of the torch. At the top of the torch body begins the base of the fire. Around the flame is also a trim that covers the whole flame and the whole torch. On both sides of the body of the torch are rod iron, vine style patterns. Surrounding this design is a border circle with permeated lines going all the way around the circle toward the inner part of the circle. The top outside of the circle has the word "litty" printed. Underneath the circle says "district".
