The wheat stalk in the middle of the three is slightly taller than the two adjacent. The tallest stalk has 5 kernels on each side and one kernel pointed on top. The two adjacent wheat stalks are made of three kernels on each side and one kernel pointed on top. None of the wheat stalks have a stem. Directly below the "SWEET WHEAT" text is the subtitle that reads "ARTISAN BOULANGER", on the third level. This text is written in capital letters using a smaller size stylized font than the "SWEET WHEAT" text. "ARTISAN BOULANGER" is framed on both ends by two small circles that look like bullet points.
