The mark consists of a black background in an approximate square, barely taller than it is wide, upon which is layered white and black and grey elements. The lowest layer of these elements is a white depiction of a city skyline with a single central skyscraper in the shape of an obelisk dominating, otherwise horizontally-mirrored, as well as a stylized representation of a water reflection in which the city appears inverted. The water reflection is slightly smeared/blurred to invoke wave motion. Overlaying the city skyline is a horizontally-mirrored black smudge/pattern that roughly resembles a butterfly and depicts the classic Rorschach test from psychology. Overlayed on the black pattern is a light grey, stencil-fonted word "RORSCHACH", showing wear/weathering, under which are smaller words in grey "BLACK WORKS STUDIO".
